<p>The device comprises a body having a well which receives a damping fluid and a weight in the form of a lead or steel ball. The body has a groove which extends around the entire periphery of the body so as to receive the strings of a sports racquet. The groove and the well are oriented such that the well extends perpendicularly the plane of the racquet head when the groove entraps the strings of a racquet.</p> |
