<p>The invention provides an insulation material in the form of a cured composition comprising as components: (a) 10 to 30% w magnesium chloride, (b) 0 to 15% w of an organic resin, (c) 0 to 0.5% w of a mould-release agent, (d) 0.1 to 1% w of a surfactant, (e) 6 to 8% w of a sodium polyphosphate glass, (f) 6 to 20% w magnesium oxide, (g) 4 to 20% w inorganic filler, (h) 15 to 30% w cenospheres, (i) 1 to 3 % w orthophosphoric acid, (j) 0 to 12 % w inorganic fibres, in overall proportions to total 100%, having a density in the range 200 to 500 kg/m3; and its preparation.</p> |
