PURPOSE:To increase a program switching control signal by adding and subtracting transmitted a two-signal combined signal so as to obtain a cosine and a sine wave component. CONSTITUTION:A signal comprising a program switching control signal and a program quality supervisory signal consisting any of a cosine wave component or a sine wave component of two-frequency combined signal modulated by carriers having a 90 deg. of phase difference mutually in the program transmission control is added with a signal modulated by a receiver at an adder 207 to generate a cosine wave component and subtracted at a subtractor 206 to generate a sine wave component. Increments Hi12-Hqn2 of the two-frequency combined signal number transmitted are obtained by detecting this signal at a signal detecting section 8'. |
