The invention relates to a dental cleaning and massaging device with a handle and a web which is arranged thereon and carries a cleaning agent for treatment of the teeth and gums. In this device it is provided that shaped bodies of a resilient material are arranged as cleaning agent on the web on the sides to which the teeth and gums are exposed. It is the intention to provide a gingival massaging device which permits simultaneous cleaning and massaging of the gums and the tissue parts adjacent to the gums, the treatment area being as large as possible (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
