PURPOSE:To abandon a camp-on service COS when a registered outgoing call subscriber is absent by recording an outgoing call subscriber name to register a (COS), transferring it to the outgoing call subscriber at the time of recalling and responding by a third party to the recalling with the COS. CONSTITUTION:An outgoing call subscriber SUB-A hears a ring tone to show that an incoming subscriber SUB-B is called, by connecting with a ring tone trunk RBT. When the SUB-B hooks off to the response, it is re-connected from a channel 4 to a channel 6 and from a channel 5 to 7. Thus, SUB-A and B can be called through a single-office calling trunk IOT. At the time of recalling by a COS registration, the third party responds the person of the name reproduced and sent from a message if trunk MST is absent, and a handset is hooked on and the COS can be abandoned. While the third party looks for a person, the SUB-b responds and a calling charge is not added.
