PURPOSE:To cancel a parallax in an image pick-up device in which a finder optical system and a photographing optical system are different by selecting an image signal from an image pick-up element in accordance with the distance to an object, and inputting the result to a displaying means. CONSTITUTION:The relation of the parallax of a photographing lens optical system 2 and a finder optical system 1 is large when an object distance is small, and is small when the distance is large. Consequently, when the distance to an object is small and a switch 5 is turned on, a CPU 27 and a memory controller 24 are controlled so as to read the slanting line area of Figs. (b) and (d). The control is executed by controlling the starting address stopping address of reading out of addresses outputted from the controller 24. When a photographing lens focus distance is short and long, a reading area and respective central points A and B are respectively shown in the figure. Thus, by setting a reading area, the display in which a scale factor is automatically changed in accordance with the focus distance of a photographing lens, is shown on a panel 7. |
