PURPOSE:To improve efficiency by installing an opening/closing valve into a bypass space for the communication between a bypass inlet hole and the first suction hole and installing a spool valve operated by the pressure difference generated by the operation of the opening/closing valve, between the suction inlet and the first suction hole. CONSTITUTION:A suction space 17 for the communication between a suction inlet 18 and the second suction hole 11 is formed, and a spool valve 22 is installed in a bypass space 20 between the suction inlet 18 and the first suction hole 9. In the small capacity operation, a bypass passage is opened, and the gas in a working chamber 8a passes through the first suction hole 9 through the bypass space 20, and the gas compressed to a certain degree is reexpanded and the reexpansion energy can be utilized as the force for accelerating the revolution movement of a rotor 2.
