PURPOSE:To obtain a device in which swing and tilt adjustment can be applied, by inserting with pressure the side to be inserted with pressure of the turning shaft of an optical pickup so as to be protruded to a side opposite to a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Since the turning shaft 11 is fitted in a bearing 18, an actuator is prevented form being moved in all directions, and it can be oscillated centering the bearing. Therefore, it is possible to perform rolling by turning the screws of pitchings 19 and 20 in reverse directions mutually by tightening/loosening the screws 19 and 20. The titled device is constituted in such simple structure by utilizing the turning shaft 11 as it is. Furthermore, it is possible to adjust the optical axis of the condenser lens 13 of the actuator for an optical board 17 and a disk by applying the swing and tilt adjustment.
