PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by controlling the supply of power to a heating body so that it is heated to a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:A DC bias power source 19 and a current detection circuit 21 impress a constant DC voltage to a bare electrode 13. Since the bare electrode 13 formed on a dielectric 10 functions as a metal resistance thermometer, a resistance value increases and a flowing current value becomes small when the temp. of bare electrode 13 is eluated. In response to the current value flowing into the bare electrode 13, a signal is outputted to a microcomputer 22. It controls turning on and off a power source 23 so that an output signal agrees with a signal value set to the microcomputer 22, and performs the adjustment of the elevation of a heater 20. Thus the humidity around the titled device and the electrode can be removed efficiently, and the power consumption is reduced.
