PURPOSE:To attempt improved efficiency of heat exchange by providing a bundle of pipes for allowing a first heating medium to flow and providing a flow channel which allows a second heating medium to flow inside of the bundle of pipes and leads it to an outlet. CONSTITUTION:A first heating medium A enters from a supply port 11, passes through the inside of a small pipe 1a and flows out from a discharge port 12 via a bundle of pipes 1. On the other hand a second heating medium B enters the inside of a casing 5 from an inlet port of the casing 5 and flows from the outside C of the bundle of pipes 1 into a flow channel D inside of a hollow core 2 from a through-hole 2a of the hollow core 2 through the gaps among the small pipes 1a of the bundle of pipes 1. Further, the heating medium B flows axially from the left to the right in the flow channel D, and flows at the right side of the casing 5 to the outside E of the bundle of pipes 1 via the gaps in the bundle of pipes 1 from the through-hole 2a of the hollow core 2 and flows out from an outlet port 7. By the flows of the first heating medium A and second heating medium B above described, mutual heat exchange is achieved through the wall faces of the small pipes 1a.
