PURPOSE:To facilitate the circuit integration by using a MOSFET as a current source of a resonance circuit so as to eliminate the need for a coil. CONSTITUTION:An input voltage from an input circuit 13 is fed to a gate of the MOSFET 12 being in the saturating state. Then a current fed from the FET 12 being a power supply to an oscillation circuit 11 is changed and the oscillating frequency of the circuit 11 varies with the input voltage and the FM modulation is applied. Through the constitution above, the coil is not required and the circuit integration is attained for an FM modulation circuit.
