<p>This frame comprising reinforcing fibres impregnated with thermosetting resin is characterised in that it comprises a central core (9) forming a closed loop, made of a cellular material, enclosed in a sheath (10) formed from several layers of braided and resin-impregnated continuous fibres. The method for manufacturing this frame consists in producing a semi-finished product which comprises the central core (9) forming a closed loop, made of a deformable cellular material, and the flexible sheath (10) made of braided continuous fibres, surrounding the core over several thicknesses, in placing this semi-finished product in an appropriate cavity of a temperature-regulated mould, in injecting over it a thermosetting resin and in curing the said resin. <IMAGE></p> |
