PURPOSE:To execute various communicating controls with a simple constitution by providing a control means to change over and connect one of data communicating means to an input means or an output means and executing in parallel some data communications with the changing-over control of a control means. CONSTITUTION:For data transfer from a telephone line 3C to a digital line 4C, switches SW 1 and 2 are respectively independently changed over and transmitting by one side line is executed and receiving by other line is executed simultaneously. Namely, during the transmitting by one side line, a reader 1 is operated and a printer 5 is stopped. Consequently, it is judged only whether or not the printer 5 is operated, and when it is not operated, only the switch SW 2 is changed over and the printer 5 is connected to a controller (3 or 4) to which a receiving request is executed. The transmitting during the receiving discriminates whether the current receiving is G3 or G4, the desired transmitting is different from the current control, dial data are set, a starting key is pushed, and then, only the switch SW1 is changed over and connected and transmitting can be executed.
