PURPOSE:To surely check whether or not the ALTER right should be succeeded by another user by outputting the information on the file name, etc., after deciding automatically whether the number of users that received the ALTER right is singular or not for each file based on the file access right information. CONSTITUTION:A file access right information extracting means extracts the file access right information on the file to which an optional access right is given to a designated user out of a file catalog 18. A file access right information reading means reads the file access right information at every file name out of a group of file access information extracted by a file access right control program 19. Then a user singular number deciding means decides based on the read file access right information whether the number of users received the optional access rights is singular or not. When a singular user is confirmed, the information on the file names, etc., of the file access right information is outputted. |
