PURPOSE:To perform drawing work of a relatively deep bottomed tapered container by one process without generating folds, by providing one or more specified draw die ring between dies and die. CONSTITUTION:One or more layers of divided draw die ring 4 are provided between dies 3 and a die 6, and an opening 14 larger than a projection 13 is provided at the contact part of the draw die ring 4 and the projection 13. Inner diameter of the drawing die ring 4 is made smaller than upper part of dies 3 and die 6 and inner peripheral wall is made at similar inclination with those of dies 3 and die 6. When drawing of a material 12 is started by a punch 1, and the punch 1 pushes up the material 12 on a knock-out 7 and presses the knock-out 7, the knock-out 7 descends and connected ring cam 8 also descends. The ring cam 8 releases temporary fixing of the draw die ring 4, and the draw die ring 4 expands outward. Further, the punch 1 extrudes the material 12 to complete drawing work. |
