PURPOSE:To obtain a light weight material and eliminate any trouble by utilizing the injection molding method in shaping the foamed plastic material. CONSTITUTION:Acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene copolymer is used as the raw material for foamed plastic material, and azodicarbonamide, etc. are used as foaming agent. A propeller fan is injection-molded by using the foamed plastic material. Therefore, the trouble such as Shrinkage and void which cause reduction of strength is eliminated, and the thick substance can be prepared by the foaming agent, and the light weight material can be obtained.
