PURPOSE:To extremely shorten the working time with an output control system for table data by calculating the information on a print output range out of the table data to be printed out in the form of an output part equivalent to a sheet of output paper and receiving the variation information on said information on the print output range from an input part for recalculation. CONSTITUTION:When the table data is printed out, the print output range in the table data is calculated before actual print output and displayed on a screen. Then, the variation of the print output range is accepted and the print output range is calculated again based on the varied value and displayed again on the screen. In other words, the simulation is possible for grasp of an image of the print output result with the entire table, the print output result obtained when the print output range is varied, the print output of the influence, etc., given to other print output parts owing to the function of a table data output control part.
