PURPOSE:To facilitate a study for the causes of mispackage of cards by checking the correct or wrong package of cards based on the result of comparison between the output of a selection circuit and the read output of a memory that is designated by the counter value. CONSTITUTION:A memory 40 is addressed by counter outputs 1-N and outputs the names and revision of cards 11-1N. A comparator 60 compares the output of a selection circuit 50 with the output of the memory 40. If coincidence is secured between both outputs, it is decided that the cards 1X (X=1-N) are correctly packaged. While the comparator 60 outputs a noncoincidence signal 61 to outside and at the same time prevents a clock 71 from entering a counter 30 through a gate 70. When the signal 61 is outputted to outside, it is recognized that the cards 1X are not packaged correctly. In this case, the outputs of the counter 30, the memory 40 and the circuit 50 are extracted and used for the study of causes of occurrence of the signal 61.
