Immunotoxins formed by covalent coupling between, on the one hand, the A chain of ricin as such or correctly modified and, on the other hand, an antibody or antibody fragment, employed in its natural form or correctly modified, having the capacity of selectively recognising an antigen carried by the intended target cells. The coupling is produced by means of a thioether bond.
