PURPOSE:To permit always adequate cleaning of a probe by ejecting cleaning water from a discharge port toward the probe while immersing the probe into the cleaning water. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning tank 10 consists of an outside cylinder 11 forming a probe immersion part A and an inside cylinder 12. The outside cylinder 11 consists of a large-diameter part 11a and a small-diameter part 11b. A cleaning water inlet 13 is provided to the lateral upper part of the large-diameter part 11a and a drain part B is formed in the small-diameter part 11b. The inside cylinder 12 is formed with a flange part 12a constituting a cap body for the cylinder 11. The top end of the probe 5 is put from the cylinder 12 into the immersion part A and the cleaning water is run by a pump from the cleaning water inlet 13, then the cleaning water is ejected from the discharge port 14 toward the top end part of the probe 5 and the probe is cleaned by the cleaning water while the top end of the probe is kept immersed in the cleaning water by the surface tension thereof. The stagnation of the cleaning water used for cleaning the probe in the tank and the consequent reverse contamination of the probe are thereby obviated. Not only the cleaning water is discharged into the probe but also the discharge cleaning is carried out while the probe is kept immersed in said water and, therefore, the extremely satisfactory cleaning of the probe is executed. |
