<p>PURPOSE:To attain the exchange of an electronic mail via a communication line by providing a mode selection means selecting the communication mode and a sentence generating mode so as to transmit/receive a generated sentence between remote locations. CONSTITUTION:The 'communication mode' is executed by operating a key assigned for the communication mode designation from a keyboard 3 at the mode command waiting so as to input an entry command. A text and a file name in a RAM 6 are transferred to a RAM 13 of an interface 10. When a data such as a text is stored in the RAM 13, the data is sent through a MODEM 15. A data terminal ready DTR signal is sent to an opposite party, a data send ready DSR signal from the opposite party and a data 1 is received from the opposite party, then a request to send RTS signal is sent. When a clear to send CTS signal from the opposite party from the opposite party is confirmed, a timer is started to form a delay timing TD and a data 2 is sent to the opposite party after the elapse of the time TD.</p> |
