The hinge, for doors with overhang, has an axial bolt linking a top piece, with a top threaded bolt to engage the door leaf and a bottom piece, with a carrier bolt to engage the frame. The axial bolt (5) passes right through a guide socket (13) on the bottom hinge piece (1), and is supported in a blind hole (50) in the top piece (2). Part of the bolt section engaging the socket, and the socket hole (30) are threaded (24,26). The bottom bolt section has tool-engagement units, for twisting the axial bolt, for top hinge piece level adjustment.
