PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a mechanism or an original platen to move an optical system, to simplify a structure, and to miniaturize a device, by performing copying by superposing an original on a sheet of copying paper and supplying them manually. CONSTITUTION:The original A and the sheet of copying paper P are supplied manually from a paper supplying part 1 in a state where they are superposed, and supplied original A and sheet of copying paper P are introduced in the inside of a copying machine by a form carrying part 5. Furthermore, after scanning exposure is applied on introduced original A by the optical system, the original A and the sheet of copying paper P are carried to a transfer charger 33 by the form carrying part 5, then, a toner image is transferred on the sheet of copying paper P. Also, the original A and the sheet of copying paper P passing the transfer charger 33 are separated at this side of a fixing device 4, and only the sheet of copying paper P is carried to the fixing device 4 by the form carrying part 5, and the after a transferred toner image being fixed, it is ejected on a first pan T1. Meanwhile, the original A separated from the sheet of copying paper P is ejected on second pan T2 at an original ejecting part 6. In this way, it is possible to simplify the structure and to miniaturize the device.
