PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition of high stability in a heated state regardless of the presence or absence of shear stress, by blending a vinyl chloride polymer and a copolymer from maleic anhydride, etc., and styrene (derivative). CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride polymer (pref. with an average polymerization degree 200-4,000; in the case of a copolymer, the comonomer content being pref. <=50mol%) and (B) pref. 0.5-150pts.wt. of a copolymer from (i) maleic anhydride and/or maleimide anhydride and (ii) styrene (derivative) [pref., containing 5-95mol% of the structure of the component (i) origin, with an average molecular weight of 300-300,000].
