PURPOSE:To omit a useless fault table by generating and renewing a fault information table at each occurrence of a fault detected by a fault detection means so as not to generate data of faults occurred precedingly. CONSTITUTION:A fault detection means 111 detects a fault of a system, and a fault information management means 121 generates a fault data from the detected fault information. Moreover, a fault table generating means 131 checks whether or not a fault data 123 is a data occurred precedingly and generates or renews a new fault information table depending on the result of check and stores the result in an information storage means 141. Then the fault information table is generated and renewed at each occasion as to a fault detected by the detection means 111 to omit the generation of a useless fault table.
