PURPOSE:To obtain the titled elastomer useful as laminate to Al, etc., having adhesivity to different materials and compatibility with other polymers, by subjecting a specific elastomer and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid glycidyl ester to graft reaction conditions. CONSTITUTION:(A) 99.99-50wt% at least one elastomer selected from styrenic, olefinic and diene elastomers and (B) 0.01-50wt% unsaturated dicarboxylic acid glycidyl ester are subjected to graft reaction conditions to give the aimed elastomer. An unsaturated dicarboxylic acid alkylglycidyl ester, especially maleic acid alkylglycidyl ester shown by the formula (R is alkyl) is preferably used as the component B. |
