PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin useful for laminate to Al, etc., having excellent adhesiveness to different resins and compatibility to polar resin, by subjecting an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid glycidyl ester and an olefinic resin to graft reaction conditions. CONSTITUTION:(A) 0.01-50wt% unsaturated dicarboxylic acid glycidyl ester and (B) 99.99-50wt% olefinic resin (e.g. polypropylene, etc.) are subjected to graft reaction conditions to give the aimed resin. An unsaturated alkylglycidyl ester, especially maleic acid alkylglycidyl ester shown by the formula (R is alkyl) is preferably used as the component A. |
