PURPOSE:To attain mass-production by providing a pyramid-shaped dielectric base, forming a ground electrode on the inner circumferential face of the base and forming a resonance electrode on an outer circumference of the base so as to form electrodes by a general method. CONSTITUTION:The inner face of a dielectric base 1 is formed cylindrical and the outer face is formed as a rectangular cylinder, the ground electrode 2 is formed on the entire circumferential face and lead-out parts 2a, 2b are led out of both ends of the electrode 2. The lead-out parts 2a, 2b are arranged to both end faces of the base 1 opposed to each other and connected by the prolonged electrode 3 with a prescribed width formed to the outer circumferential face of the base 1 along the axial center of the rectangular cylinder of the base. Five resonance electrodes 4-8 are led out in parallel at a prescribed interval in the circumferential direction along the outer circumferential face of the base 1 from one side of the electrode 3. Moreover, terminal electrodes 9, 10 are formed each of the electrodes 4-8 as the input or output electrodes. The electrodes such as the resonance electrodes are formed by printing and backing conductive ink such as silver paste or the like to each plate of the outer circumference of the base by means of the screen print or the like. |
