PURPOSE:To reduce a cost, and also, to prevent a temperature raising and the increase of a power loss by bringing effluent water to non-contact sealing by high pressure buffering gas. CONSTITUTION:The load of a tire of an automobile to be tested is supported by a pallet 1 through a running belt 2. The load capacity of the pallet 1 is generated by the pressure of feed water which is fed from a feed water hole 12 to a pocket 11, and between a land part 13 and the belt 2, the clearance of thickness (h) is formed, therefore, no contact is generated between both of them. Effluent water from the hole 12 is reduced by a labyrinth seal 15, and also, interrupted by high pressure buffering gas from a buffering gas feed hole 5 of the land part 13. In such a way, by bringing the effluent water from the pocket 11 to non-contact sealing, the deterioration of the sealing capacity caused by a abrasion does not occur, and also, the feed water quantity does not change, therefore, the output of a pump can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced. Also, due to non-contact sealing, a temperature raising by heating and the increase of a power loss can be prevented.
