This invention refers to a perforation device, comprised of two support plates (2, 3), with a spring (4) for paper located between them and which presents holes (5, 6) for a perforation device (7). Previous small perforation apparatuses have been made out of plastic are assembled from a number of small parts and they function unsatisfactorily. The apparatus can be produced with only two parts, if the button (8) on top of the perforator (7) is made flexible so that it also functions as a spring.<IMAGE>
