PURPOSE:To more certainly perform the qualitative analysis of the element contained in a specimen, by calculating the number n(=N/Z) (wherein N is the number of data and Z is the number of pixels) of spectrum data per one pixel. CONSTITUTION:The spectrum data measured by the wavelength scanning of a spectroscope 4 is stored in a memory 18. Next, the wavelength display range L of the spectrum data to be displayed on CRT 12 is set from a wavelength range setting means 16. Whereupon, a data calculation circuit 20 calculates the number n(=N/Z) of the spectrum data per one pixel on the basis of the number N of the spectrum data contained in the wavelength display range L and the number Z of the pixels of CRT 12. Next, an averaging circuit 24 averages the spectrum data read from the memory 18 at every number n of data on the basis of the calculated result and the averaged spectrum data is displayed on CRT 12. Therefore, useful data is necessarily contained in the spectrum data and the omission of data is not generated. |
