PURPOSE:To obtain the titled polymer composition highly adhesive to polyurethane even without use of primer, outstanding in mechanical strength, weatherability and moldability, suitable for automobile bumpers, etc., by blending specific components including a modified propylene polymer in specified proportions. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) a modified propylene polymer made by incorporating (i) 100pts.wt. of a blend of a) a propylene polymer or propylene homopolymer and b) an ethylene- propylene copolymer rubber with (ii) 0.1-50pts.wt. of an organic compound having both unsaturated bond and OH group, 0.01-20pts.wt. of an organic peroxide and 0.005-10.0pts.wt. of an organotin compound and/or tertiary amine compound followed by reaction, (B) a propylene polymer, (C) an amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer with a Mooney viscosity 20-100 and propylene content 20-50wt% and (D) inorganic filler. The amounts of the respective components to be blended are such as follows: A >=5.0wt%, C 1.0-15wt%, D 2.0-40wt%, the organic compound in (ii) 0.01-10pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of A+B, A 5-90wt% in A+B.
