PURPOSE:To obtain the titled polyol suitable as thermoplastic elastomer, artificial leather, etc., by adding a phosphoric acid compound, etc., to a lactone polyol so that a remaining polymerization catalyst is made inert to urethanization catalyst and abrupt reaction with an isocyanate compound is suppressed. CONSTITUTION:(A) A lactone polyol having preferably 200-6,000mol.wt., a polyester polyol from adipic acid and ethylene glycol is mixed with (B) preferably 0.05-1,000ppm phosphoric acid compound or masking agent (e.g. 2 ethylhexyl acid phosphate, etc.) such as complexions, etc., to give the aimed polyol.
