PURPOSE:To improve safety and reliability, by a method wherein a flow rate pattern of gas is measured for a given period, a deciding condition matching an actual state is reset, and by transmission of a signal to and from an external device, a given period and a reset deciding condition are controlled. CONSTITUTION:A starting signal is sent to s timer from a starting signal applying means 12, and counting for a given period is started. Simultaneously, a using state memory part 13 stores a total flow rate, an individual maximum flow rate, and a continuous using time are stored. When counting by the timer is completed, final data is sent from the memory part 13 to a proper using state varying part 14. The varying part 14 compares an initial condition with final data. By selecting either, having a smaller value, of the initial condition and the final data, s new proper using condition is set to further safe side. A communication control part 15 enables output of a using pattern of gas observed during a timer period, and also change in reset using condition according to a transmission signal from an external device. |
