PURPOSE:To coat the entire part of an automobile body in a uniformly finished surface by tilting the body alternately to the right and left during the time from spraying of a paint before baking and curing of the coated film after the spraying to eliminate a difference in the finish of the final coated film between the horizontal part and vertical part. CONSTITUTION:The automobile body is tilted alternately to the right and left in such a manner that the vertical part of the body has angles within 60 deg. from the perpendicular line during the time from spraying of the pulverized paint to the body before baking and curing of he coated film after the spraying. As a result, the finish in the vertical part of the automobile body is improved and since the difference from the horizontal part is eliminated, the uniform feel over the entire part of the automobile body and the finish surface thereof are improved.
