PURPOSE:To enable remained water in a bath tub to be reutilized as washing water by discharging it out of the main body by a method wherein a pump is connected to one of the two circulation pipes connecting a heat exchanger with the bath tub and a water changing-over valve having a water drain pipe with a drain port is connected to the other circulation pipe. CONSTITUTION:A lower circulation pipe 5 connects between a bath tub 7 and a heat exchanger 2 through a pump 6. An upper circulation pipe 8 connects between the bath tub 7 and the heat exchanger 2 through a water changing-over valve 9. The pump 6 is started to operate by operating an indoor remote control device 12, the water changing-over valve 9 can be changed over and the remaining water in the bath tub can be discharged through a drain port 11. The remaining water discharged through the drain port 11 can be reutilized by a hose or a piping as washing water or car washing water. When the bath water is to be agitated, the water changing-over valve 9 is allowed to is communicate between the bath tub 7 and the heat exchanger 2 and then the pump 6 may be operated.
