PURPOSE:To prevent the resonance of a box and to improve the strength of the box by extending the boss of a speaker mounting screw and commonly using the connection between a baffle plate and a cabinet by the speaker mounting screw and the boss. CONSTITUTION:The baffle plate 11 and the cabinet 12 are connected by some box fastening screws 14. The boss 15 of the speaker mounting part extends long between the baffle plate 11 and the cabinet and when a speaker 17 is mounted on the baffle plate 11, the speaker amounting screws 16 at four positions simultaneously connects the baffle plate 11 and the cabinet 12 to the boss 15. According to such a construction, the number of works in a production and assembling and an operability can be improved, a cost can be lowered, the resonance of the box can be prevented and the strength can be increased.
