发明名称 RESONANCE FREQUENCY ADJUSTING METHOD FOR DIELECTRIC RESONATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the control of frequency adjustment by forming plural slots whose depth is increased gradually from the inner circumferential face toward the outer circumference to a ceramic dielectric whose end face is opened and adjusting the resonance frequency depending on the number of slots so as to facilitate the processing. CONSTITUTION:The electrode of the dielectric resonator 10 is formed respectively to the inner circumferential face and the outer circumferential face of the cylindrical dielectric ceramic 11 respectively. The upper flat face forms an open end from which ceramic is exposed. A slot 14 is formed to the ceramic 11 of the open end face from the inner circumferential face toward the outer circumferential face and the slot is formed to be gradually deeper toward the outer circumferential face. The electrode of the inner circumferential face is not cut off but only the open end face and the outer circumferential face are cut off. In this case, the number of slots is to be increased to increase the resonance frequency. Thus, the processing is facilitated to simplify the control of the frequency adjustment.
