PURPOSE:To obtain ground fabric for card clothing having excellent oil resistance, by using a gum adhesive of room-temperature vulcanization type prepared by adding specific amounts of a dithionate and powder sulfur to natural rubber as an interlaminar adhesive for ground fabric for card clothing. CONSTITUTION:Laminate layers of clothes 1 are mutually bonded with a gum adhesive 2 of room-temperature vulcanization type and a sheet 3 such as rubber or resin sheet, sponge sheet thereof, felt, etc., is laminated and bonded to the uppermost layer. The gum adhesive 2 comprises natural rubber blended with 0.5-1.5PHR dithionate zinc dithiocarbamate, etc.) as an ultravulcanization promoter and 0.5-1.5PHR powder sulfur, as a main component. A gum adhesive starting vulcanization about 10 days after coating, drying and bonding is preferable as the gum adhesive.
