PURPOSE:To contrive to attain miniaturization while avoiding complicated circuit constitution by using a lien memory of an interface functioning as a buffer connected between a picture processing system and an output device as an electric correcting means of mount error of a CCD. CONSTITUTION:A couple of digital color signals R, Cy of an original 20 are fed to an interface 30 to absorb the operating speed difference between the picture processing system and a laser printer. After the adjustment of timing, the signals R, Cy are separated (55) into primary color signals, outputted and binarized sequentially, latched (70) and fed to the laser printer as the optical modulation signal. When the signal Cy is read earlier by from the mechanical deviation between the CCDs 1 and 2, the write enable is quickened earlier by and each picture information is written sequentially in the corresponding line memory in the deviated state, but in the readout mode, the same read enable signal is given to the address counter. Thus, the picture is read simultaneously and the mount error of the CCD is corrected to be zero.
