PURPOSE:To prepare a laminated plate of good quality without voids on the bonded face of resin and a metallic plate by installing heating/cooling rolls rotatable in the face in parallel with a bus face, varying the pressure on the central section of the plate and the pressure on the end of the plate and varying heat conduction in the plate width position. CONSTITUTION:A laminated plate 3 consisting of metal and resin is prepared by passing a resin plate 1 from heating roll group H1, H2 through cooling roll group C1, C2, C3 in a state of being inserted between metallic plates 2, 2' to be used as skins. During said process, the resin plate varies continuously from the molten state to the solidified state, generating foams. To prevent foams from being generated, the pressure in the central section of the plate is made larger than that of the plate ends by the rolls incorporated with a heater element in the melting process and by the cooling rolls in the solidifying process. For the purpose, such a simple mechanism is employed as to change the space between the rolls by crossing the rolls in the face parallel with the laminated plate. By said arrangement, a minute differences in the pressure ratio in the width direction can easily be obtained at a high accuracy. |
