发明名称 THERMAL RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the title recording material having high sensitivity, excellent in storage stability and heat resistance, not generating background fog or the whitening of an image part and enhanced in head matching property, by using a specific compound as a developer and specifying the physical properties of amorphous silicate contained. CONSTITUTION:A compound represented by formula I is used as a developer and, as a filler, amorphous silicate represented by CaO.SiO2 of which the oil absorption is 100 ml/100 g or more, pref., 120-180 ml/100 g and the BET specific surface area is 10-70 m<2>/g, pref., 20-60 m<2>/g is used. Therefore, a thermal recording material having high sensitivity and excellent in storage stability or heat resistance and not generating background fog or the whitening of an image part and excellent in head matching property is obtained. Amorphous silicate having these various characteristics is known and can be easily synthesized. A leuco dye to be used is adapted alone or in a mixture of two or more kinds of dyes and, as this leuco dye, an arbitrary one adapted to this kind of the thermal recording material is used.
