PURPOSE:To obtain the image quality equal to that of an initial image even after continuously copying by incorporating a specific compd. to the titled toner as a positive electrostatic charge controller, thereby obtaining the titled toner which shows a stable frictional electrification having positive polarity. CONSTITUTION:The titled toner contains the compd. shown by formula I as the positive charge controller. In formula I, R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> are each hydrogen atom, 1-10C alkyl, a substd. or an unsubstd. aryl, aralkyl or amino group, and may be the same or different at the same time, (n) is an integer of 1-10. Thus, the frictional electrification generated between the toner particles, the toner and a carrier or the toner and a member capable of giving the electrostatic charge such as a development sleeve and blade in one component developing system is stable, and the distribution of the frictional electrification amount of the titled toner is shape and uniform.
