PURPOSE:To prepare dried laver sheet rich in vitamins and minerals and having high protein content, low fat content and high nutritive valve, by adding dried bonito shavings to raw material of raw laver and making the mixture in the form of a sheet. CONSTITUTION:Raw material of raw laver is mixed with equal amount of dried bonito shavings and the obtained mixture is formed in the form of a sheet by a paper-making process to obtain the objective dried layer sheet. |
