PURPOSE:To add various functions to a card by providing a card body with a connection means for transmitting/receiving money information between the card and an external equipments and a storage means connected to the connection means to store the money information. CONSTITUTION:The card CD is provided with a liquid crystal display device LC, a keyboard KB and an alarm AL and a cipher part M specifying its owner is formed on the back of the card CD with magnetic ink or the like similarly to a cash card and a credit card. The M part is decoded by a head part RH of a reader R and information known only by the owner is simultaneously applied from the KB to the R through terminals C1, C2, H1, H2 and so on. When the R is set up correctly, cash, in case of a cash card, is paid. |
