PURPOSE:To turn a pair of turning members simultaneously symmetrically by connecting each one end of the first and second turning members to each other in such a manner as to turn, and connecting a wire-like shape memory alloy to the connecting portion. CONSTITUTION:The first and second turning members 4, 5 are supported on the forward ends of support members 2, 3 in such a manner as to turn, and the respective one end portions of the first and second turning members 4, 5 are connected to each other in such a manner as to turn by a tape material 8. Tension coiled springs 9, 10 are respectively interposed between the forward end sides of the first and second turning members 4, 5 and a base 1, and a wire-like shape memory alloy 11 is fixed to the connecting portion of the first and second turning members 4, 5. In this arrangement, when the shape memory alloy 11 is heated, the shape memory alloy 11 is contracted to work force on the connecting portion of the first and second turning members 4, 5, so that the first and second turning members 4, 5 can be simultaneously turned symmetrically.
