PURPOSE:To send picture information while connecting a line automatically via the operator by registering a telephone number of the operator and a terminal telephone number to a telephone number registration means, calling the operator and converting the terminal telephone number into voice and outputting it. CONSTITUTION:The telephone number of the operator and the terminal telephone number are registered by the keyboard operation or the like to a telephone registeration means 111 of a registration data RAM, the terminal telephone number is converted into a voice signal via a voice data ROM and stored in a voice generating means 121 of the voice RAM. The operator telephone number of the means 11 is sent via the automatic call means 131, the operator is called and the voice terminal telephone number from the means 121 is supplied. Then the picture information from the transmission picture information generating means 141 is sent to the terminal equipment corresponding to the line and the facsimile equipment is connected automatically via the operator.
