PURPOSE:To obtain a desired hysteresis with simple constitution by changing a logic threshold voltage of an inverter circuit changed in response to the change in the conductance of a current source load MOSFET via a current mirror circuit according to the inverting operation of an output signal of an inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage Vref is supplied to gates of MOSFETs Q2, Q3. Moreover, a MOSFET Q1 is provided to drains connected in common to the FETs Q2, Q3. Since the source and gate are used in common by the FET Q1, the MOSFETs Q5, Q7, Q9 are of current mirror form. The FET Q9 is used as a current source load means and the inverter circuit is formed by the FETQ10 receiving an input voltage Vin. Moreover, the inverter circuit is formed by using the FETs Q6, Q8 using the FETs Q5,17 as load means. The output signal of the inverter circuit Q10 receiving the input voltage Vin is amplified via the FETs Q7, Q8, the FETs Q5, Q6 and fed to the gate of the FET Q4 provided to the source of the FETQ3 to provide a desired hysteresis characteristic. Then the amplified signal is used as an output signal Vout.
