PURPOSE:To prevent an information processor from the influence of electromagnetic disturbance by using physical oscillation to input information to the processor. CONSTITUTION:A driving circuit 6 drives an oscillator 4 by an electric signal outputted from an asynchronous communication circuit 7 and converts an input into a physical oscillation format. Oscillation generated from the oscillator 4 is transmitted to an oscillation input part in the other device. Oscillation information from the other device is inputted to an oscillation sensor 2 fixed on an oscillation transmitting plate 1, converted into an electric signal by a converter 3, sent to an input circuit in the circuit 7, and processed by a CPU 9.
