PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of piping, the deposition of a filler, etc., and to reduce the loss of viscous resin by supplying a container to be charged with the viscous resin which is injected into a quantitative container until it overflows. CONSTITUTION:The viscous resin 2 injected into the slidable container 12 is charged in the order of the slidable container 12, a fixed container 11 and then overflows the upper end of the fixed container 11 to flow in an overflow tank 10. The state is confirmed and a discharge valve 4 is closed before the liquid level of the overflowing viscous resin 2 reaches the upper end of the fixed container 11, so that the viscous resin 2 fills the constant-capacity quantitative container consisting of the fixed container 11 and slidably container 12. When a valve 5 is opened, the viscous resin 2 in the quantitative container is injected into the container 19 to be charged through the valve 15.
